How can I print in thin lines instead of the Revit default thick lines? Is there a way to do that? Thanks for any help.

Lines are printed according to how you set them in the linetypes and categories. The thin/thick setting is only a view setting on your computer - not used in printing.

Unfortunately you can't print thin lines directly from Revit, however an easy bypass is to just take a screenshot with thinlines enabled and print that image instead.

If you want a view to always print with all thin lines -- make a view template with all category and sub-category cut and projection lines overridden to a thin type.
