So when i view my structural system in a plan view I see the line diagram of the structural system, in 3D mode I can see the full width and size of the actual member. Is their any way to view the full width of a beam or column? Tanks for any help.

I think you are in "Coarse Mode" view, change to "Medium or Fine" mode...

Are you using a Linked Revit Mep model or is this strcutural elements you did in Revit Architecture?
