Is there a way of rotating your grid bubbles and section markers so that when you place your view on a sheet and have to rotate the view 90 degrees to fit, the bubbles and markers will be orientated properly?

I know that project north can be rotated but i have a central file with a linked file so the north is stuck where it is.
