If I wanted a wall that started with CMU up to 4'-0" high, then built a stud wall on top of that 10'-0" (total wall height of 14'), how would I go about making that in revit? Also, if I have a stucco wall and want to put a control joint in at 4'-0" high and change the stucco color between the top and bottom, even though its apart of the same wall, how do I make that happen? Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks!

With regard to making the wall different colours you can use the Split Face tool, under Modify and then use the paint tool to paint the wall different colours.
