when i insert raster images into the sheet view of my file they show up as blank white boxes. nothing is hidden. raster images is on i my visibility. i'm insterting them through the insert-image process in Revit 2010.  ideas?

i'm working across a network and the people on the other end of the network in another city where the file and images were created and inserted are not having this problem. but i can't see the images they inserted or any new ones i insert.
