Hi all, Does anyone know if it's possible to create a "location" parameter for items such as casework or furniture that would automatically know when it was placed in a defined room? Thanks, Jim

You don't need to. When you create the schedule there is a 'Select from available fields' drop down. Choose room name or number from there.
