Did you read this topic in your HELP ? Creating a Custom Fill Pattern Start there then come back if you have more questions.

yes i did ... i ment how to make a "pat" file .. its so difficult with text .. is there is a way to just draw it ?

Ah ... now we hear the real question. You can draw it in CAD and use a program called Hatchkit ... or something like it to convert it to a 2D pattern. You would have to add another text line to make it a model pattern. Can you find the pattern in CAD?
