Hi, Anyone know whats happening here. This was a project created in Rev2008 and updated to 2009. All the plan views are there but level 2 nothing but overhead lines, plan regions, stair annotations & gridlines showing. All walls, window doors and furniture is gone. I have checked the light bulb and they are not hidden in view nor temp under the sunglasses. Tried all detail levels, checked the cut plane & visibility/graphic overrides but all the items missing is checked. Plan views for level1 & 3 is good Have no idea where else to look, so any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ess

Maybe try deleting the plan view and then recreate it? Maybe do a 'savesas' first so you don't make matters worse.

Thanks for that Daryl..it workes but means I have to re-tidy the plan view (hiding all I need to hide) and I loose my kitchen Callouts that were created from the old level 2 plan. Any other way to do it so I dont loose that work? Thanks again for the help

So now compare the view properties, view range, (plan regions) and visibility graphics between the new view and the old view and try to determine the cause of the problem. Then go back and manually adjust the original view. Or maybe just use the 'create template from current view' from the new view and then 'apply new template to current view' to the older view? Basically clone all the view settings on the new view (that is working correctly) and apply it to the old view. So you can retain all your callouts etc.

Thanks..All the setting were exactly the same, so NO idea why its doing it. Had to clone things over. Anyone can have any idea why it did this and what one can do to prevent it happening again? Thanks
