hi guys, does anyone know where can I get a shell beam family?

another question: i have draw precast con beams on my project with start level offset and end level offset at 3375. The problem is how can i make them visible in my floor plans?

What is a shell beam? You will probably have to make it yourself.

I'm assuming that this gets a slab cast over it, you could very easily make a family of this type of shape, use the beam family starter so that you will have most of the options

Erm..

That is another problem.. I don't know anything about family.. I don't know how to create it.. Could you please briefly teach me?

It seems you are new to Revit, so welcome. Be sure to take advantage of the tutorials and guides that we at Autodesk have made available to help you learn Revit. Their is a families guide at:
