I am new to the revit scene, so please bare with me...
1.) Is there a way to rotate a viewport on a sheet without rotating the title for that view? It seems that the view and title are associative, but I can't find anywhere to separate the two in order to rotate the viewport and keep the title relative to the sheet.
2.) When trying to place wall section tags, we would like to show them on the elevations, however, tagging the wall section on the elevation doesn't seem to be working b/c that area is foreshortenned and then, when you go to the plan, the section tag is aligned with the elevation tag rather than the wall. So, this is a two-parter...Is there a way to get the wall section tag to snap to alignment with the wall instead of to the elevation view? OR Is there a way to get a section tag that is placed in an enlarged floor plan view to show up on an elevation? I checked the properties and in the parameters, it appears as if you can exclude the tag from smaller scale plans, but I can't find anywhere that will allow me to turn the visibility on in an elevation.
Please help!!!

After trying a few different things, I found that I was able to go into the enlarged view and rotate it there. Still seem somewhat primitive as you have to then resize your crop area, but it works and gets me out of placing multiple tags.
Thanks Xane, for the info....
Still looking for an answer to #2...if anyone has any ideas.
Thanks

1. You can rotate the view without rotating the view title. Instead of using the rotation on sheet parameter, activate the view on the sheet, select the crop region and rotate it. This will rotate the entire view.
2. A section will show in an elevation IF the line of the section crosses the extents of the elevational view and sections are turned on it that view and set to display at the appropriate scale. When placing sections they automatically snap to be perpendicular to nearby walls.
