I seem to be having trouble with a window family.  I've got everything working well (frame, glass, mullion and etc.) in the Family Editor.  All the parameters work just fine (again in the Family editor).  However, when inserting the family into the project, the glass and mullion sort of shift outside of their designated reference planes (completely ignoring the parameters).  All the other parameters work in the project.

The first image shows the glass locked to the reference planes (the actual reference planes, not the sweep frame)

The Second shows the same only for the mullion.

The third image shows what it looks like inserted into the project.  Note the glass and mullion have completely run afoul the ref. planes that work so well in the editor.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Using 2010 by the by.

hmmm

well.  2010 crashed and locked my computer, and when I restarted the window was sitting in the wall with the glass perfectly in place.

Weird, but I'll take it.

Hopefully, it doesn't happen again.
