You can create a new plan and set the view depth to cut below the doors. If you're talking about the doors cutting the foundations when they're right above them, you need a small piece of wall between the door and foundation.

HI TIM I TRIED THE SUGGESTIONS BUT THE WALLS ARE SHOWING UP IN MY FLOOR PLAN AND ARE ALSO OVERLAPPING THE WALLS IN FOUNDATION WHICH IS GIVING ME AN ERROR.

visibility graphics; hide category (for the doors). or right click on a door, select hide in view, and hide category... or something to that effect.

If the doors touch the foundations you won't be able to do it. Otherwise, place the cut plane and the top plane below the door thrreshold level.

Post a screen shot of your 3d model and a plan view? Why don't you want the door openings to show? John

HI TIM123 FINALLY GOT IT.JUST ONE MORE ..HOW DO I SHOW A SPLIT LEVEL FOUNDATION?. I NOW HAVE A COPY OF MY GROUND FLOOR PLAN AND I UNDERLAYED THE MAIN FLOOR BUT THE WALLS THAT ARE SUPPOSE TO BE RESTING ON THE UPPER GROUND ARE EITHER STARTING FROM MY GROUND FLOOR OR NOT BEEN REPRESENTED PROPERLY(GREYED OUT OR DISAPPEARING WHEN I TRIED TO ADJUST THE CONSTRAINTS). I WANT MY SECTIONS TO SHOW THE FOUDATION FOOTING IN A STEP FORM WITH RESPECT TO EACH FLOOR NOT ON ONE LEVEL. A BIG THANKS FOR YOUR HELP AND I'M NOT SITTING IDLY FOR TO BE SPOON FED, I'M READING ALMOST EVERY NIGHT FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS AND WATCHING VIDEO CLIPS TO INCREASE MY COMPETENCE.THANKS TO ALL WHO RESPOND.GOD BLESS.

You can use plan regions to show different parts of a plan at different levels.
