Hey guys,I'm trying to model the site of my building.I'm currently working on modelling the lake, where it connects to a small dam that channels the water into a small stream. My question to you is:What would be the best practice in regards to modelling the water?I plan to do some renderings showing this in the distance so I want to do it right the first time. Thanks in advance,Mike

Create a floor for that then assign the material "water" and check the properties, you have several options to your water (sea, swimming, lake ...) the color, waves.... Check in Settings>Materials.
