I am having trouble dimensioning this wall I have tried the aligned and linear but it will not do it. The linear will but I want the text to be aligned. Is there a trick to do walls that are at an angle? I attached a pic of the wall. I am using 2010

Hold your mouse over the point and hit Tab a few times - you probably have to cycle right through (4 or 5 times) till the dot on the corner highlights.

Yes use the 'tab' key to cycle thru potential dimension references. See image below.
