I have created a curved roof by creating a mass that has a toroid void taken out of it. This leaves me with the desired curve. I have also cut out openings for skylights along the radius of the curve so my opening is perpendicular to the curved surface. When I go and create a roof it simply extrudes the surface staright up so the edges of my openings are perpendicular to the floor surface instead of being at an angle and perpendicular to the radial of the curved roof. How can I get my edges to follow what my mass openings are? I want my model to look like it would be if it was actually built not like a staight vertical shaft cutting through a curved surface.

It may be better to leave the voids out of the mass before creating the roof. Once the roof is formed, create the voids (in the roof category) and cut them out of your roof.
