I tried adding the custom rpc I made through the free RPC Creator, but it won't show up in the assest library when I edit the standard RPC female family. I copied the newly made .rpc into the folder with the rest of them. What do I need to do to be able to use the person I made?

Change the name, must start like the others "Archvision_Jane", then restart revit and it's done.

That worked great thanks! Any idea on how I can create a preview image for the rpc in "shaded view" short of buying the full $400 version of rpc creator?

You have a FREE Rpc creator in Archvision, go there and download it, it's not the Full version but it's ok....

I'm also struggling to use the RPC creator. My component is just rendering as a white box. I think its because I'm not creating the Mask File correctly. I've got Photoshop and figured out how to create an Alpha Channel which makes the object I want to keep white but I can't save it as a .jpg without losing the channel. The creator program only accepts jpg files. Anyone know where I'm going wrong? Thanks.

The free rpc creator is no longer available for download at archvision. Can anyone please attach a copy of the free version?. much needed
