Hi guys, couple of questions i hope someone can help me with.

I need to be able to add a 'preliminary not for building license' type note.  this needs to be faint and behind the drawing.  Ive created it as faint text as an annotation family which im hoping i can make different family types for each sheet size.  but when i put it on the sheet or even within the titleblock family it sits over the view and covers information instead of being behind it.  i cannot find a background setting for it?? 

Also on the levels for my elevs and sections the heights are shown as mm eg 20150 whereas on my plans i note the height to be 20.15  Is there a way to change the levels note to be like the plans. ?

You can change the project units to be meters and then overide the project units in the dimension style to read millimeters.

I don't think that you can get parts of the sheet to be in the background.
