I don't think it is possible at the moment. MM is the default using the mirror by axis function. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.

Here's what I'm using. "MP" ribbon:"ContextualTab-Modify-Mirror-Pick Mirror Axis" "MI" ribbon:"ContextualTab-Modify-Mirror-Draw Mirror Axis" It's pretty simple to shortcut most commands in the ribbon. Just follow the format for each ribbon and make sure you replace ALL instances found in the file.

I stand corrected. I didn't realise that you could add commands to the shortcut file, but this does indeed work. Thanks for that.
