A big hello to all, I am new to revit and need to have a floor motif show up in my perspective. My teacher (I take a night class in Miami Dade College only 1 nite a week) said I could take my floor motif and create a family and then it would show up. How do I do this???? Appreciate any feedback I can get. thx, Eliz,

Since we don't know what your motif is, we can only give some suggestions: - If it is a jpg image, you can apply it to your floor as a decal and it will show up when rendered but only then. Read your HELP on decal. Use the help search feature or index - decal.
- If it is a material, you can assign it to your floor but it too will only show when rendered.
- If you want to do it just as linework, you can do it using model lines. That will show up in model views but it may be lost in rendered views.
