i am interested in making a drawing reference that is not attached to a callout bubble or section tag.  for example, i would like to be able to have a note on an elevation which reads "ACCESS LADDER.  FOR INFO REFER TO DETAIL" and then insert the drawing reference without a callout bubble or section tag.

any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Check out my post in this thread.... If you don't want the bubble, you would have to use a different call-out head.
