Can someone help me to create wall sweeps like cornice or skirting profiles and sweep them along walls and furniture like build in cupboards ?. I did manage to create small walls below the furniture and above the furniture and then dothe sweeps along these walls , it worked well but its taking a lot of time . Maybe someone can help me to do this faster and more effective .

Thank you

Cas

if you start with pre-drawn profiles, these things move alot faster.  for wall sweeps, make the sweep part of your wall type:

First: open your wall type properties, select edit structure and change your preview from floor plan to section view

Second: click the sweeps button

Third: load and select a profile - there are predefined profiles or you should make your own in advance

Fourth: click add profile, select the appropriate settings and click apply; adjust your dimesions as required.

now that wall type will always have a cornice, or basemoulding, or chair rail... whatever you choose.

there are existing posts regarding sweeps on this site; i suggest that you run a search... some even have videos.  in fact i believe that Typhoon has made at least one, probably more.  everything i know about sweeps, i learned from this site, and i simply ran searches for my questions.

good luck
