Where or is it possible in revit to create a sweep that has multiple profiles to it?

How would it work to have multiple profiles? What are you actually trying to do? If you mean that want the sweep to change from one profile to another at some point along its path then you will have to do two separate sweeps end to end.
Cheers!

No blended sweeps are not yet possible in revit.

So how about mass and void in a roof? I've got a curved-profile roof, but there's a portion that extends out farther on the ends than it does in the middle (see screenshot); must I make more than one roof surface to satisfy this requirement, or can I make it one, lovely, sweeping curve that happens to have a notch in it? Thanks, -r
