i'm giving up trying to do things i want to do in revit that i've not learned to do from some kind of training.. revit is anything but intuitive.. i'm only doing the things i've been trained to do.. if anyone doesn't agree this makes sense- say so- otherwise i will assume everyone thinks it makes perfect sense..

basic tasks, i will say in revit are rather intuitive. more complex opperations however, are a little essoteric. though the minute you try to defy the standard logic of a building; or try to model something that in no way resembles a regular polyhedron, things are decidedly wonky. all things considered though, it is distinctly better than the alternative.
