My roof lines don't work like how they should. There should be a hip coming off the parapet but instead it wants to run the ridge back to far and then I end up with a cricket that isn't needed. I have tried playing with the different roof lines in numerous ways but yet to find the solution. Anybody have any thoughts?

I cut back the roof and scabbed on another piece like you said. It took a bit to make it work but it finally worked after figuring out the lines to make the second piece. Thanks!!!

I was going to say "sounds like OE", but figured that wouldn't be too productive. So I'm glad someone was able to help out. Thanks WWHub.
