My technique would be to use a curtain wall in front of another wall. See this thread for a similar discussion:

Could you use sweeps? As long as the strips are horizontal (or vertical) you should be able to either use sweeps as a part of the wall, or host sweep (although that would be a pain). Just an idea.

I wouldn't suggest using wall sweeps to this extent unless you want your model to grind to a holt.
Curtain wall idea is the best way to go about it.

thanks to all of you, but i'm wondering, if i use curtain wall and insert a window, how can i get the cut both in standard wall and curtain one? i'm thinking to use an in-place-object made of exstrusions so i can insert the windows in the standard wall and apply a subtraction to the exterior wall...

To create the opening for the window in the curtain wall you would need to add grids to match the extents of the window and delete the mullions in these sections. A void won't cut a curtain wall mullion or panel.

as well as what Mr Spot says, use also the opening tool on the inside wall, that way you will be seeing the window from the inside should you need to...
