We are working on a project that consists of two buildings. To cut down on Revit processing time, we've split the project into two files that link together into the Central file. The problem is, we cannot see our annotations of our linked files (section cuts, elevation markers) in Central. I know Revit doesn't link annotations with the geometry it imports, but is there another way to get all our views back besides calling them out all over again in Central?

Have a third file that links both parts of the building and annotate that file. Besides that there really is no way around it.

Currently, You cannot tag or schedule a linked file. You can only annotate the linked files with simple text, dimensions, sections, elevations etc. And yes this does need to be reinput again as views are file specific and there is no way to have them display in a linked situation. HTH.
