Does anybody know is it possible to Export Revit 2010 Model to 3D Max without loosing finishes or I need to re-apply it in Max? If yes, please share the knowledge. Thanks a lot!

You should do a little research. perhaps here http://area.autodesk.com/ or maybe augi.com. There are threads on how to import your model into a max scene then xref that scene into a master max file. This allows you to update your Revit model without losing your master scene file settings.
