I am attempting to attach a crown to the fascia flush with the top of the roof. How can I make the roof extend to the outside/top edge of the crown? I am also having trouble getting the gutters to miter at outside and inside corners. I thought they were supposed to do that automatically?

The gutters will mitre when you do them at the same time. I'm not sure what you mean by 'crown'. Is this a US word for finial, or do you mean the roof verge (edge) over the fascia? You can adjust the position of the fascia by inserting values for the horizontal and vertical offsets in the properties.

When you do slab edges, fascias and gutters, watch you options bar. If you have one already placed and click on it, you will see "add segment" on the options bar. This is how you make these elements sequential and joined.

Thank you for your replies, The crown molding is applied to the roof rake and placed with the top of the molding aligned with the underside of the roof sheathing. I can position the crown appropriately but the elevation shows the top of the crown hanging out in space rather than attached to the roof. I could build a 3/4" thick roof but that would get cumbersome. I could try to design a built up facia with the crown molding placed below a flat board the thickness of the sheathing and projecting the same as the crown but that would be beyond my current revit abilities. I am hoping there is a more simple way to achieve the look I want. Thankyou for your help.

Can you post an image or sketch of what you're trying to achieve?

Here is the elevation sheet. Look at the south elevation and you can see the crown molding attached to the rake. Then look at the East elevaton and you will see a thin line following the rake which represents the crown. I really want the roof to extend to the outside face of the rake but I don't want the roof to hide the crown in the frontal (south elevation) view. Again, Thank you for your help.
