I am very new to REVIT....I made an opening for a staircase in a floor by mistake...how do I fill that opening? I've tried discarding the floor and drawing the floor again,but the opening is still there...please help....THANX !!!

Because you create a "Shaft Opening" right? Select by "Crossing" then go to "Filter" and check if there are a "Opening", if so, unselect all and leave only that opening, then delete...

stu, As a suggestion, I don't like shaft openings. I prefer to sketch the opening in my slab sketch. You might try that for stairs/elevators next time.

Yeah, WWhub is right, i only use the "Shaft opening" when i Have a Multi-story building with three, four or more levels....
