Does anybody who know 3D max can tell me how much faster the same view can be rendered in 3D Max then in Revit if Revit model is exported to 3D Max? What is the difference in rendering time and is there a reason to buy and learn Max in order to produce renderings in shorter period of time? Thanks a lot for everybody who can help me and my company with that issue.

Something that takes on average 4 hours in Revit takes me less than 20 minutes to render in 3ds Max Design 2010. Once you get a good grasp on the FBX export you can produce high quality DRAFT renders in minutes.

Thanks a lot. This info is helpful. Let's say i need high quality for presentation, not Draft. let's say high or best. What is that difference?
