I'm trying to set up a project that is grouped by Phase then by Family and Type in the Project Browser. The problem is that when i set up a drafting view it doest not group these into a phase, it just creates a phase that shows up as "???", so then all i have is "New Construction", "Existing", and "???". Is there a way to give these drafting views a phase, preferable a "New Construction" phase?

I am running Revit 2010.  Thanks

The solution to this has been discussed before.  Please read the links of similar threads on browser organization shown at the bottom of this page.  And when you open each of those up, you will find other threads.

mlennon -

I have been searching for a while for the answer as WWHub suggested but I'm having trouble finding it. Did you find a specific thread that related to this issue? These are the two I found but I'm not sure if they're the best solution. I'm starting CA on a project and need to get those drafting views to cooperate.

This is covered in the HELP as well.  Read this topic  >>> Customizing Project View Organization in the Project Browser
