What I want to do is create buildings and site plans in revit, then export them to my lm80 handheld so we can use it in the feild. The only thing i came up with is draw the points in autocad which dose work with lm80 then import them into Revit. but what i need is a 3d model that has point and will be compadible with lm80..

Anything will help

Trimble has a new software called Trimble Point Creator that may atleast simplify creating points in AutoCAD.  It would be nice if you could do it in Revit, but this programs works extremely well for any CAD software.  30 day trial is available at www.trimble.com
