If I've ever had to make a wall in the past, I just take a existing one and edit it, but now I have to make a wall assembly that is 2x4's with horizontal tounge and groove 3/4" planks on both sides. Can anyone help me do this? THanks!

Do the same thing - modify a wall to show the stud zone, with a layer on each side for the T&G. Apply a fill pattern to the T&G to display the correct plank size and give it a material to suit. If your query is how to show the studs in the wall, Revit does not create this automatically. The usual method is to do 2D repeating detailing to represent the studs. There are methods to show this in 3D (separate curtain or railing system, hosted sweeps), but unless this is specically required there is normally no reason to do this.
