I am using a curtainwall family in place of a Precast Concrete wall paneling system, in which I have converted the glazing to solids with precast concrete material, and the mullions are basically the joint with a similar material. The wall works perfectly, and even looks correct in the Shaded mode, with the correct materials in the correct places. However, as soon as I attempt to render the wall, only a few of the panels render with the precast concrete material, and the rest of the panels render a default gray color. How can this be fixed?

Did you create the panels yourself?  If so you will need to give it a material in the family editor.  If you're using the system panel (solid panel) you will need to apply the material.  Go into the panel properties and select the material that you require.

I did not make the panels myself i simply used a typical glass curtain wall and altered the dimensions of both the mullions and the panels in their properties menus. I then applied the material in the properties menu and it automatically changed all of the panels to my selected material. In shaded mode it the cement material shows up fine, with the texture and reveal, however as soon as it renders the texture disappears from some of the panels and the joint is gone as well. It looks almost as though there are conflicting surfaces that are causing some sort of problem but I cant seem to figure it out. Thanks,

You are doing something wrong, did you put (select) your material in the "Render appearence" or you just put the COLOR in the "Use render appearance for shading"???
