I am relatively new to Revit. I have been working on a model and have lost the building elvations. Using ZE on the any elevation view only displays a blank area. I originally imported a cad file of the floor plan and I suspect this caused the problem. Does anyone know how I can find them?

Your CAD file probably have elements in the drawing, very fare away, my advise is write ZA, then select by crossing the all screen, go to the filter and "unselect all" and leave only the "Cad object", delete them, again ZA, now you probably will see your project with your elevations marks, go to the DWG file and check it, delete the problematic elements then import to REVIT...

Thankyou! Now I can see the biulding elevations and the elevation markers, but they are in different locations. Should I drag the building to the markers or drag the markers to the building?

Moving the model caused lots of problems. I exteneded and trimmed the elevation markers to align with the model and it seems to be working. Thank you for your advice.
