Credit for this tip goes to David Baldacchino and his do U REVIT blog, Friday March 6, 2009, "Text Notes" I was just updating my templates for 2010 and doing a little modifying while I was at it and made the following changes to my notes and schedules. With Revit the Name of the Schedule on the sheet and the name in the project browser need to be the same unless you utilize this nifty trick... Group headers to make a grouped "Title" Name the View name how you like and the put the title you want on the sheet in the new grouped title. In the properties dialog box for the schedule; under the appearance tab, uncheck blank row before data and show titles. Make sure show headers is checked. While in the properties dialog box, type a name that will help you organize the browzer, e.g. Notes General In the schedule group all the column headers. In the new grouped header type the name of the note, schedule, etc. Now highlight and delete the header names. This will be your blank row. Now your project browser will list your notes together and the name on your sheet will be whatever you want. HTH, John
