I just get the standard 300x300 ceiling and don't find any option where to change the grid spacing of the ceiling.
I tryed to pick one of the ceiling of tutorial models but wasn't able to find the ceiling family ...
If anyone could help ... thank you
(sorry for my bad english spelling)

The grid spacing is just the surface pattern the material has assigned to it. Create a new "model" fill pattern to the spacing you require then apply this to a material and set it in your ceiling properties.
