I want to create curved lines on my wall that are similar to how a sweep works. How do I do this?

If they are a horizontal sweep, why not add them to the wall description?  Easier to do there.

it's a curved sweep. I've already tried making a straight sweep. How do I make a curved one?

"I want to create curved lines on my wall that are similar to how a sweep works. How do I do this?" - In what? plan view or elevation view?

One curve? a couple of curves?

I would like to either cut out pieces of a wall like this. Or Have parts of the wall coming out but with curves in them. How do I do this? - I dont know the view or anything

Wall sweeps in elevation are limited to either horizontal or vertical, but they will follow the curve of the wall in plan.

If you are wanting the sweeps to curve in elevation, then an inplace family or a model line is going to be your best approach with the wall set as the workplane...  You could also do it as a face or wall based family, but I'm imagining you are wanting to be fairly freeform with your curves so the parametrics might be difficult.
