I have been using keynotes throught my project, both keynotes that display the a key value, and keynotes that display the keynote text. I have noticed that when I add a keynote ledgend to a sheet, it displayes all of the keynotes on the sheet, not just the keynotes that display only a key value. This will be confusing on a sheet that may have only a couple of keynotes displaying a key value, but lots of keynotes displaying thier keynote text. Is ther a way to get the ledgend to only show the keynotes that have a key value and not the ones text?

I don't believe there is anyway around this. Keynotes are really an either - or. Either notes or numbered.
