Help! I have created a large folder of generic models that I have loaded into my project in revit. I need to do a schedule of quantities of these models and th eonly way I have found to get quantities is by doing a material schedule, but the material schedule counts all the materials of each model as individual elements and not as one generic model? Is there any way to have a schedule of quantities that counts each model as one object?

Unless you identify each model with a parameter that makes it unique you cannot filter/group them. Are you trying to count each material for each model separately and combining them in one schedule? Then, make separate schedules and just arrange them on a sheet.

Create a "Multicategory schedule" it is the only way to get GM's in a schedule. Then just create a filter to isolate just the GM's... HTH.
