Does anyone know of a way to join these roof connections? I've tried 'Join Geometry' and 'Roof Join' and neither will work for me. Thanks for your help!

Hey dude, use the allign tool and make sure those two roofs on the right are the exact same angle and you should be able to join their geometry and get them to have no line. Other than that check out my other post on "Roof Joining" http://www.revitcity.com/forums.php?action=viewthread&thread_id=1572
One extra thing, you will probably need to dimension exactly how much of the front roof you cut off to align it to the left one and multiply it by your slope and set the height offset on the line to that amount.
Cheers!
