no its not UI related. anyhow 1: View range is broken, i have some 2x4s modeled in above my doors, windows, etc and they, as well as a lot of other things, are now appearing that were not in the view range before. The default is the same: 4' to 7'6," is there any workaround for this? 2: how the heck do you linear dimension in elevation? it only lets me dimension horizontally not vertically? this one is important, if anyone knows please let me know

To answer your second question use Aligned dimensions to go vertically.
