I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CREATE A CRISS CROSS RAILING, BUT HAVEN'T BEEN SUCCESFULL... HAS ANYBODY TRIED THIS YET TO GIVE ME SOME TIPS? THANK YOU!

I haven't got a clue as to what you are asking.  A screenshot of a scetch of what you want would help.

I have been trying to create a railing family, but haven't been succesfull with the sizing of the criss cross profile, as you can see on the second file i attached. It seems like it doesn't recognize the end of the railing and it keeps making the profile the size it was created, 4' long. I am still learning Revit, so maybe it might be just a small change i need to do on the family so that it would work. The only way i have been able to do this is creating many families with diferent X profile sizes. Sorry, i hope now you can understand better what i mean!...

You don't have railings.  Are you using the "baluster family template"?

Yes, I am using the Baluster Template. i will need railings with the same detail on the stairs.
