I am sure that this has been asked before, but when I searched, I could not find the answer that I am looking for so here goes. I have attached a small rendered interior and need to know how to get the textures to come out smooth rather than bumpy as shown on the yellow and the "polished stainless" Thanks for your help as always.

With render engines like mental ray, blurry reflections, like on the yellow, or the stainless are all about quality. Have you tried increasing the quality of the rendering? Go to the custom settings for quality, and adjust the Blurred Reflections Presicion. See if that helps. Also, check your material, make sure the bump setting is very low. Most blurry materials are bumpy, but the grain is very fine.
