Please Help. I have put some decals in my building, for pictures etc. I know that the veiws need rendered to show the image, however they are still not showing. Do the image files need to be anything special?, I have been using Jpeg's. Are there any special settings that may help this problem? Thank you.

JPEGS are right. When you placed the image, are you sure you placed it on the right face? Many problems are caused when images are placed on thin objects and REVIT acquires the wrong face.
