Hi, Im working in 2009 on a large hospital scheme in which we are required to produce full room elevations and FFE layouts. We have been sent a type library family from our FFE provider (which is very nice) but im thinking i need seperate families for the items rather than a type library. Their export is simply a volumetric cube with varing manufacturers parameters inside. I would like to use these as place holders in the project so we can add detailed plan and elevational graphics at a later stage so i need them to be individual familes. Now normally i would simply either delete all the types but 1 and rename and repeat until done but i have 900+ items to generate!!.. Does anyone have any idea of a script or plugin which could automate this for me? I,m willing to purchase if it does the job for me. Any ideas welcomed. Thanks..
