If you don't have a license or are not a subscription user. If you have a serial number or are waiting for one you can install it and run it for 7 days full blown untill you get your serial number. Then simply input the serial number, give autodesk a call, and your good to go!

Hey, If you are a student and want to download the New Revit 2010 with a legit serial code, go to www.students.autodesk.com. It is a great site and I find it really useful.

I was curious....does the Revit "Student" edition do to the "Full" edition what autocad does? If I download some families made available here, that were made in someone's "student" version and use them in a project I am building in a "full" version; will I get a print border watermark? I get no warning system like you do with autocad, so that is why I am wondering.

Goto the AutoDESK website. You will find all of the restrictions listed there.

Revit Architecture (student version) should be one of those that is free and without a trial period (I just looked but I have a purchased version I personally use) Please remember, once the next year's release comes out, you will have to download the new version and upgrade like you do this year's version. Autodesk does not support past years of any student version software and some people get into a bind because their school does not stay current, and this is a must with Revit specifically. Good Luck!
