I cannot seem to find anywhere how to create Gable Roof end returns or porkchops for a residential structure.  Does anyon ehave any ideas, tutorials, notes anything on how to accomplish this?

I created a family. I made the extrusion that attaches to the fascia with a parametric angle. I don't have Revit here but I'll try to remember to make it available tomorrow. I found i have to get it into the correct location i have to move/copy/mirror it in elevations.

In any case it's a super simple family. In fact, before this family, i started off with an in place family that was just one triangle shaped extrusion.

Making a porkchop is easy.  Sautéing first over high heat and then covered over low heat helps to prevent the chops from turning dry. Brush with a light olive oil and garlic, then serve this with fresh, warm applesauce and herbed rice on the side.

Or you can use the soffit tool or an in-place family, I have used both methods sucessfully.  There is a post here with some examples http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=3734
