Do you have any lights on...really stupid question but you don't give us many clues to work with. Screenshots of your settings always helps. You might tell us a bit about your system - memory etc. Tell us about your process.... is it wham - black screen & your done or does it sit and work awhile then nothing? Is REVIT done ... you can start a new command or is it froze? Rendering is very memory intensive and your system does not release all memory back as you work. Do you start a render session from a clean startup of Revit?

I know it's been a while since the last post, but if anyone else ends up here because they are getting 100% black renders I can strongly suggest the same, that is to say saving the project, closing Revit and starting it again. Seems the application is sensitive about memory and needs a refresh sometimes. This worked for me using Revit 2011.
