I just recieved the site survey data from the surveyor which has the contour lines in 3D. I imported them into my model file but I have a problem... I built the model at elevation 0'-0" and the lowest point on the survey is 93'-0". I can't find where I can either reset the buildings base level to 93'-0" or move the survey model down. The survey doesn't move and there are no proerties. and I can't explode the survey. Can anyone help me here? thanks Craig

One way is to place dimensions (in an elevation view or section) to every level and lock them all together. Then change the elevation value for the level that needs to be your new datum. This will move everything up accordingly. Another (and better way) is to use: RELOCATE THIS PROJECT, check HELP, type Relocate and read through the info on this feature. This will allow you to have levels that report true sea level values as well as level elevations relative to another level. There is also a tutorial, though it's title escapes me at the moment. Thanks for your help. I wasn't able to do it with the relocate too, but was able to lock level dimensions and shift it that way. Thanks.
